Online Bingo Bonuses

Over the past couple of years there has been an explosion in the popularity of online bingo. One of the main factors that people are choosing to play online rather than at a local bingo hall is that the online version offers much better value for money - something that can be offered thanks to lower overheads and larger player pools. And part of this value comes in the form of bingo bonuses - free bingo money that can be used to play bingo.

The most generous bonuses are those meant to draw in new players - we call these 'welcome bonuses' or 'sign up bonuses' ('SUBs'). The table below lists the sign up bonuses currently on offer from top UK online bingo sites - you'll probably recognise a lot of the names from the high street or from TV advertising. In the list you'll find details of the offer as well as which bingo network the site operates on:

As with all the bonuses on our website, the ones listed above are for UK bingo players so if you're not from the UK you might not be able to claim them. The best way to find out is to pop over to the website of the bingo room you like the look of and read their terms and conditions (or ask customer support).

And remember, you need to be a new player at any of the sites in the list to be able to claim the bonus. Whilst this can be annoying if you already have an account at a site you want to claim the bonus for (especially if the offer has since changed to be more generous), most bingo sites will also offer regular bonuses and promotions to their existing players.

Bingo Bonuses Explained

In the grand scheme of things, there are two main types of bonus that you might be given when signing up to a new bingo site - no deposit bonuses and deposit bonuses:

  • No Deposit Bonuses - The closest thing you'll get to free money is a no deposit bonus. NDB's are given to players so that they can try out a bingo sites games completely free of charge and without depositing a penny. No deposit bonuses are almost always for less money than deposit bonuses and max out at around £10 or lower. Not all sites offer this kind of bonus, but you can see a list of those that do on our no deposit bonus page.
  • Deposit Bonuses - To get a bigger bonus, you're going to need to put up some of your own money too - and that's called a deposit bonus. These kinds of bonus tend to offer either a high match percentage (such as deposit £5, get £25 free - which is 500%!) or be for a higher amount (such as 100% match on a £250 deposit). You don't tend to see too many high value bonuses that also have a high match percentage (although they do pop up from time to time).
